In light of all the recent doom and gloom stories about the state of the economy, I’m really happy to be able to deliver some good news for a change: Electric Playground Media is growing. 

It’s been an exciting and busy year for us thanks to an ever-expanding list of great clients.  And while more projects is definitely a good thing for Electric Playground Media, we want to be certain that it’s also a good thing for our clients.  That’s why I’ve decided to expand my team to ensure that you continue to get the best service, the best advice and the very best results.  

While I’ll still be directly involved with every project, I now have some extra help in managing the details as well as added brainpower.  Bringing in people with diverse experience and fresh ideas can mean only exciting things when it comes to providing the solutions for your business.

That’s why I’m really pleased to be able to introduce you to Kevin Springer and Jennifer Faulkner.

Kevin Springer has an entrepreneurial spirit that sees a business or partnership opportunity on every corner.  His understanding of sales and marketing has guided him through many successful ventures both personally and as a valued consultant for others.  He is especially skilled at applying his knowledge of on-line marketing tactics to achieve return on investment objectives for business.

Prior to immigrating to Canada, Kevin worked for 15 years in marketing, product and business development, primarily as an entrepreneur in a variety of business sectors including the arts and education. Since moving to Nova Scotia in 2001, Kevin played key business development and account management roles with both Modern Media and the Extreme Group. Kevin’s primary role is to establish relationships with new and existing clients through understanding their business and leveraging Electric Playground Media’s team of experts to map out a strategy that provides real, measurable solutions.

With over 10 years of experience, Jennifer Faulkner has been involved in all aspects of marketing and communications, working with agencies, tourism associations and in event management to bring success to companies from diverse industry backgrounds.  She has shepherded projects from the early seeds of an idea through to implementation, taking on the roles of project management, copywriting, strategy development and public relations.  Jennifer played a key account development role with agencies including Modern Media and Impact Communications Group.

Over the coming weeks, Kevin and Jennifer may be adding their expertise to your project.  I am confident that not only will you enjoy working with them both, you’ll also definitely benefit from their contribution to the success of your initiatives.
